Any patient wishing to have insurance cover all or a portion of their treatment should contact their insurance provider to learn the coverage of their policies with respect to Acupuncture.
I am able to work with a wide variety of insurance providers by providing my patients with an invoice upon request. This invoice for your visit uses standardized codes for all of the treatments performed. You will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment out-of-pocket at the time of the visit. Your invoice can thereafter be submitted to your insurance carrier for full or partial reimbursement depending on your policy. Patients wishing to make use of this service should check with their insurance carriers to be sure that the standard triplicate invoices are accepted.
Jade Blossom Acupuncture is not set up to accept Worker's Compensation at this time. We hope to offer that coverage sometime in the future.
